Law Suits is a program that provides new and gently-used suits and dresses to students of need.
Students of limited means are just as talented, but they may not always look the part. Sometimes, the only thing standing in their way to gaining valuable, practical experience and securing permanent employment is their inability to afford the professional clothing necessary to interview for and secure these positions.
The goal of the program is to make students feel comfortable and confident in their interviews and during employment so they can focus on their work and not whether they are dressed appropriately.
- Suits in traditional styles and colors (black, brown, grey and blue)
- Donate new and gently-used clean, professional clothing of all sizes for both male and female students. You can drop off donations at the front desk at STCL or you can contact Gina Singleton at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a time to drop off with her directly. If you would like to take advantage of the tax write-off, you will need to include your name and email with your donation attached to the hanger.
- Make a monetary contribution to enable Law Suits to purchase new clothing items to stock the closet. Donations are accepted in person or through mail. Donate online and write “Law Suits” under Other Designation.
