Named for our school colors, the Crimson & Gold Society is the College's consecutive-giving recognition society, which honors the dedicated donors who support South Texas on a yearly basis. An annual gift, regardless of the monetary amount and the funding purpose, is an investment in our present success and crucial to shaping our future.
Membership and Recognition
Membership in the Crimson & Gold Society is conferred upon donors who have made gifts to South Texas, at any level, consecutively for three or more years. As a special welcome to this esteemed society, new members receive a unique commemorative coin displayed in a custom rosewood box.
Starting in 2013, South Texas College of Law adopted the calendar year as our period for recognizing donations, both on the Partners in Excellence donor wall* and in the Annual Report to Donors. To ensure that your span of consecutive giving continues, you must contribute at least once during the year and multiyear pledge payments count toward each year's commitment.
Levels of Consecutive Giving
Members of the Crimson & Gold Society receive other exclusive benefits, such as invitations to special events, as they ascend through the membership levels. For their loyal support, Pinnacle members are invited to a special recognition dinner with Dean Donald J. Guter.
