The 2026 Annual Alumni Association Crawfish Boil will take place at Karbach Brewery on May 15, 2026. The South Texas College of Law Houston Crawfish Boil is an annual social gathering that brings alumni, students, and friends of the school together for a traditional Gulf Coast–style crawfish feast. Held just before commencement, it warmly welcomes graduates into the alumni community. The event fosters camaraderie in a relaxed, festive atmosphere filled with food, music, and conversation.
