In Memory of Professor of Law Emeritus Elaine A. Carlson '79

Elaine A. Carlson '79 was a distinguished alumna, professor emerita, and valued member of the South Texas College of Law Houston community. Memorial gifts will be directed to the Elaine A. Carlson '79 Scholarship for Texas Judicial Clerkships to honor her legacy. A nationally recognized scholar of civil procedure, Professor Carlson dedicated more than four decades to teaching, mentoring, and inspiring generations of law students. She will be deeply missed.
